George Caddick set a new personal best of 46:26 to take victory in Texas. This is the third time this season that he has improved his best.

Sabrina Sinha won the inter-girls with 13:44 while Isaac Akers won the inter-boys race by a six second gap, crossing the line in 17:45.
The junior girls race was taken by Kathleen Faes in 9:40, another title to add to her Inter-counties win.

Ben Moreau ran a career best over 5000m, clocking a time of 14:04.69 which was enough to finish 11th.

Tadele Geremew came in second in a time of 64:57 and Patrick Martin placed 3rd with a rime of 65:24. A personal best was set by Dan Cliffe in a time of 65:36, good enough to finish 4th

Lily Partridge ran a lifetime best by a huge margin of almost 4 minutes, clocking 70:32, winning the title ahead of Gladys Yator and Alyson Dixon who came 2nd and 3rd respectively.
The mens race was won by Amos Kiplagat with a time of 1:03.10, beating Irelands Paul Pollock who came 2nd and Ian Kimpton placed 3rd in 1:04.31.

Mo Farah took headlines by breaking the European and British record in the half marathon clocking 59:32, becoming the first Briton in history to clock under 60 minutes.
David Weir and Shelly Woods took victories the the mens and women wheelchair races. Weir just pipped Marcel Hug in a photo finish where both athletes were given a time of 43:21. Woods managed to win her race with a 3 minute gap ahead of Jade Jones who clocked 50:33.
