Beijing was amazing – the stadium, the organisation, the crowds… and I won.
How did you find out London were to host the 2012 Olympics and where were you at the time?
I was at home watching it all unfold on TV.

I hope to do my best to defend my 400m title.

Melbourne – I won my first major title there in 2006.

No, I am not superstitious.

I usually just eat whatever is provided at the meet hotel.

I like all sports.
If you were not an athlete what would you like to be?
A teacher or something to do with kids or education.

I like a wide range of music.

My brothers and sister – they would have me in stitches all night.

Pen and paper to record my thoughts and lip balm.

No, I am abroad a lot but will get one in the future.
