| |

Spice up your breakfast with this delicious oatmeal recipe. It’s full of fibre and will see you through to lunch without needing that mid-morning snack. Oatmeal is also known to remove cholesterol from the digestive system which would’ve ended up in your bloodstream, and reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease!

It is combined and baked with apple; apples are known for being high in fibre, decreasing your chance of type 2 diabetes and heart disease. It pairs especially well with cinnamon and makes this breakfast dish one you’ll keep coming back to.
